Big hotel with big car parking in front. Good location Room was good and the bed was comfortable Big breakfast buffet Friendly, helpful staff The rooftop bar was very nice Price is unbeatable !! Would definitly stay there again!

Mercure Tetovo was a great value for the price, even if the facilities are a bit dated (the dated facilities is the only reason I gave the hotel a 9 rather than a 10. As part of a hotel chain, I hold it to a higher standard than locally owned guesthouses). It was very easy to locate/navigate by car - just off the major road heading into Tetovo meant I was not stressed upon arrival. Free parking is provided in the gated lot in front of the hotel (a voucher is provided upon departure). Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept well. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

What an amazing experience We had at the Mercure Hotel in Tetovo! The room was really nice and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. The hotel's location was perfect, and I really enjoyed exploring the area. Stayed for one night, weekend. Big parking lot in front shared with the local mall, well lit, cameras all around, safe. Nice, clean rooms with everything needed. Great continental breakfast.

Very close to the busstation, bazar, shops, restaurants and the site seeing things Nice rain shower...all you need in a small room Ontbijt was excellent also the rooftop restaurant is very high quality food and nice macadamia wine but the music was to loud especially in the beginning they had terrible modern music later in the evening they turned on the hotel music which contains American Old school Rock and that's music we like.....
