Big hotel with big car parking in front. Good location Room was good and the bed was comfortable Big breakfast buffet Friendly, helpful staff The rooftop bar was very nice Price is unbeatable !! Would definitly stay there again!

Mercure Tetovo was a great value for the price, even if the facilities are a bit dated (the dated facilities is the only reason I gave the hotel a 9 rather than a 10. As part of a hotel chain, I hold it to a higher standard than locally owned guesthouses). It was very easy to locate/navigate by car - just off the major road heading into Tetovo meant I was not stressed upon arrival. Free parking is provided in the gated lot in front of the hotel (a voucher is provided upon departure). Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept well. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and well equiped hotel. Even the breakfast is fresh and very tasty and you can also find local food to taste:)

What an amazing experience We had at the Mercure Hotel in Tetovo! The room was really nice and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. The hotel's location was perfect, and I really enjoyed exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tetovo. Thank you for sharing your experience! 🌟🏨😊

Stayed for one night, weekend. Big parking lot in front shared with the local mall, well lit, cameras all around, safe. Nice, clean rooms with everything needed. Great continental breakfast.

Very close to the busstation, bazar, shops, restaurants and the site seeing things Nice rain shower...all you need in a small room Ontbijt was excellent also the rooftop restaurant is very high quality food and nice macadamia wine but the music was to loud especially in the beginning they had terrible modern music later in the evening they turned on the hotel music which contains American Old school Rock and that's music we like.....

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of local products and continental style as well. It would be even greater if there was a coffee machine (self-service) for coffee/tea. Location of the hotel was great, next to the local market and supermarket and a small mall. Room was as expected and as seen in pictures. Staff were very helpful, polite, helped me with exchanging euros to the local currency so I didn't have to look for an ATM machine. Strong wi-fi throughout the hotel. Comfortable room.
